Returns and Exchange Details

We stand behind every piece we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from ADBusch LLC for whatever reason, please feel free to reach out to us for the opportunity to correct any issue you may have.

 

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and returned to us within 20 days. This excludes all custom engraved and custom-sized items.

We hold the right to refuse returns when an item was purchased during a sale or promotion.

Please note there will be a restocking fee of $250 deducted from the refund amount on all returns unless we sent the wrong item.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and making sure their order reaches us safely in the same condition it left our shop in.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom engraved/personalized pieces.

If you return a product back to us, we recommend that you ship your package with a qualified LTL shipping company. ADBusch LLC is not responsible for contents damaged in transit. It is advised to purchase additional insurance for the return shipment.
